340 LPH E85 In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump (50-1220) is engineered for in-tank installation, supporting high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its robust internal construction is built to withstand the low lubricity of ethanol and methanol fuels, offering compatibility with E100, M100, and all gasoline types. The pump is individually tested to flow 340 LPH at 40 PSI. Featuring a 39mm diameter, this fuel pump is designed to fit most applications, and its offset inlet eases installation. The pump is constructed from black-plated steel with laser etching and utilizes a single scroll ceramic turbine impeller design. It operates within a voltage range of 6 to 18 volts and has a PRV activation of 80 PSI. The included kit contains the fuel pump, a rubber sleeve and end caps, a pre-filter, and a flying lead. It is important to note that AEM fuel pumps include a universal pre-filter that may not fit all vehicle applications; refer to OEM recommendations for filter replacement. The vehicle's factory fuel pump wiring may also be insufficient for the current draw of AEM's High Flow Fuel Pumps; consult the installation instructions for proper wiring requirements. Polarity of the electrical plug in the tank must be correct, or it can be re-pinned or the supplied plug used. While physically similar to many OEM pumps, this unit may not be suitable for all specific applications.
