340 LPH High-Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1220 High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump is engineered for demanding performance applications, supporting both naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its robust internal construction is specifically designed to handle the low lubricity of ethanol and methanol fuels, making it compatible with E100, M100, and all gasoline types. This pump has been individually tested to flow 340 LPH at 40 PSI, ensuring reliable fuel delivery for high-output engines. Featuring a compact 39mm diameter, this fuel pump is designed to fit within most factory fuel pump housings, and its offset inlet design simplifies installation. The pump is constructed from black plated steel with laser etching for durability. It operates within a voltage range of 6 to 18 volts and has a current draw of 12 amps at 40 PSI and 15 amps at 80 PSI (at 13.5v). The PRV activates at 80 PSI. Included in the kit are the fuel pump, a rubber sleeve and end caps, a pre-filter, and a flying lead wiring harness. Note that AEM fuel pumps come with a universal pre-filter which may require modification or replacement to fit certain vehicle applications. It is imperative to consult the vehicle's OEM recommendations for filter replacement. Additionally, the factory fuel pump wiring may not be adequate for the current draw of this high-flow pump; proper wiring is essential and detailed in the installation instructions. Users may need to re-pin the electrical plug or use the supplied connector if the polarity differs from their vehicle's. While the physical size may be similar to OEM pumps, it's crucial to verify specific application fitment using the vehicle search function or by checking fuel pump sizing before purchase. AEM does not approve of tank modifications to fit the pump.
