340LPH 39mm High-Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1220 is a 340LPH E85-compatible high-flow in-tank fuel pump engineered to meet the demands of high-performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Its robust internal construction is built to withstand the low lubricity of ethanol and methanol fuels, and it has been tested for compatibility with ethanol up to E100 and methanol up to M100, as well as all types of gasoline. The pump delivers a flow rate of 340 liters per hour at 40 PSI. Featuring a compact 39mm diameter and a 65mm body length, this fuel pump is designed for in-tank mounting and fits most applications. The offset inlet design simplifies installation. Each AEM 340LPH fuel pump is individually tested before packaging to ensure consistent performance. The kit includes the fuel pump, installation instructions, a wiring harness, a pre-filter, and O-rings. A rubber buffer sleeve is also included, and the use of the stock isolator sleeve is recommended. This fuel pump is specifically listed for fitment on the 2015-2020 Subaru WRX, 2013+ Subaru BRZ, 2013+ Scion FR-S, 2017+ Toyota 86, and 2008-2015 Evolution X models. For the Evolution X, it is critical to note that the factory strainer must be reused, as the strainer included with this pump will not fit. The product is legal for sale or use on emissions-controlled, uncontrolled, and racing vehicles as it does not affect vehicle emissions. Technical specifications include a black-plated steel exterior with laser etching, an offset inline inlet fitting, and an offset outlet fitting compatible with an 8mm hose clamp. The PRV activates at 80 PSI, and the impeller design is a Single Scroll Ceramic Turbine. Voltage input ranges from 6 to 18 volts, with a current draw of 12 amps at 40 PSI and 15 amps at 80 PSI (at 13.5v). The pump is protected by a 20-amp fuse.
