340LPH 39mm Offset Inlet Fuel Pump

It delivers a substantial fuel flow of 320 lph (84 gph) at 43 PSI, making it capable of supporting over 1,000 horsepower at the same pressure. Key features of the AEM High Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump include its 39mm diameter, which is designed to fit the majority of fuel tank applications. The offset inlet design further aids in installation by allowing for easier routing of fuel lines. Each pump undergoes individual testing to ensure its performance and reliability. This pump is intended for gasoline vehicles, though its lifespan may be reduced when used with E85 fuel. AEM has updated the fuel pump outlet from barbed to smooth; therefore, extra precautions should be taken during installation to ensure the outlet hose does not detach under full fuel pressure. The manufacturer recommends using their corrugated fuel hose, as the included AEM hose is not rated for fuel submersion. This kit includes the fuel pump, rubber sleeve and end caps, a pre-filter, hose, clamps, and a flying lead. Note that this fuel pump does not work with 3800 vehicles that have a Venturi Port without a custom Venturi fitting. Additionally, while the stock OEM pump on 3.8L and 1.4L T engines generally supports up to around 350whp, this AEM pump offers a significant upgrade for higher performance needs.
