The Quantum Fuel Systems QFS-A812HV is a 340LPH direct drop-in fuel pump assembly designed to replace the unreliable venturi canister design found in 1995-2005 GM trucks, vans, and SUVs. This assembly features a high-volume turbine fuel pump that is 100% compatible with gasoline and E85. It includes ethanol-safe PTFE/Teflon corrugated flex hose and Teflon-coated wiring, along with an updated 40-amp bulkhead connector to handle the increased amperage load.

The Quantum Fuel Systems QFS-A812HV is a direct replacement fuel pump assembly engineered to overcome the limitations of the original venturi canister design prevalent in 1995-2005 GM trucks, vans, and SUVs. Unlike the factory setup, which can lead to fuel pump overheating due to canister drain during aggressive driving, this Quantum assembly features a clean-sheet canister design that eliminates the unreliable venturi system. This allows the fuel tank to be run to empty without issue, ensuring consistent fuel delivery and pump longevity. At the heart of this assembly is a high-volume QFS 340LPH turbine fuel pump, pre-installed and ready for performance. It is fully compatible with both gasoline and E85 fuels, offering versatility for various engine setups. Construction includes ethanol-safe PTFE/Teflon corrugated flex hose and Teflon-coated wiring throughout, ensuring durability and resistance to fuel degradation. To support the higher amperage demands of the performance pump, an updated 40-amp bulkhead connector is integrated. This kit provides all necessary components for a complete upgrade, including a new float arm, sending unit, tank seal, and a 4-way wiring connector. The product is compatible with a variety of Chevrolet and GMC applications, but users are advised to use the year, make, and model dropdown to confirm specific vehicle fitment.
