RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle set replaces weak factory Samurai Jimny JB33/JB43's axle shafts with a new high-strength 26 spline design. The factory axles had weak 22 splines at the differential, creating a common failure point. This axle set upgrades the 22 splines to a robust 26 spline setup, which is the same spline found at the rear differential. To accommodate the new 26 spline, the front differential side gear must be replaced with a 26 spline rear differential side gear. Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they're just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles.
