Overview

The MAC 3-way turbo pressure solenoid valve is a direct solenoid-operated poppet valve. It features a short stroke solenoid, a balanced poppet, and a powerful return spring for high shifting forces and fast response times. This valve is rated for boost pressures up to 8 bar (120 psi) and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. It includes ports with 1/8 NPT threads and runs on a 12-volt operating voltage.

The MAC Valves 35A-AAA-DDBA-1BA is a 1/8" NPTF solenoid valve designed for precise control and durability. Part of the MAC 35 Series, this valve is engineered with a short stroke solenoid, a balanced poppet, and a robust return spring. These features contribute to high shifting forces, fast and consistent response times, and an extended operational lifespan. This solenoid valve offers significant versatility, capable of being configured as either a 3-way or 2-way valve, and can operate in normally closed or normally open arrangements. It runs on a 12V DC power supply, consuming 5.4 watts, and includes an 18" wire length for installation flexibility. The non-locking manual operator provides an additional layer of control. This MAC solenoid valve is commonly used by EFI manufacturers for boost control applications. For optimal precision in boost control systems, it is often recommended to use two of these 3-port valves. Various ECU manufacturers, including Holley, Fuel Tech, Haltech, and AEM, support PWM boost control utilizing MAC valves.
