The Ford Performance M-6010-Z351 is a high-strength, 356-T7 grade aluminum engine block engineered for demanding performance builds. This 351 Windsor-based block features a 9.5-inch deck height and is designed to accept either a wet or dry sump oiling system, offering versatility for various racing applications. Constructed with siamesed cylinder bores and integrated cast iron sleeves, this block is delivered with a bore of 4.110-4.115 inches, honed to a final size of 4.125 inches. It is equipped with 4-bolt main journals on the center three caps (2, 3, and 4) and 2-bolt mains on the outer caps (1 and 5), accommodating a 2.75-inch crankshaft main journal diameter. The block also features precisely finished lifter bores measuring 0.8753-0.8768 inches and cam bearing bores at 2.2032 - 2.2052 inches. Weighing approximately 124 lbs, this aluminum block provides a substantial weight reduction over traditional cast iron blocks, contributing to improved vehicle performance and handling.
