Overview

It features a 1-piece forged caliper construction from aircraft-grade aluminum for lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, with aluminum pistons for better heat resistance. The kit includes replacement calipers, 2-piece rotors (356mm diameter, 32mm width), pads, brake lines, and hardware.

Lightweight center sections made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum reduce rotational mass for quicker stopping and improved brake response. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler than slotted rotors, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads.

They feature opposed-piston designs for consistent brake pad wear and grip, and aluminum pistons protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures. The calipers include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit utilizes two-piece rotors, available in cross-drilled or slotted designs. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are better suited for track applications. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, offering a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by preventing line expansion under pressure. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, while minimizing dust and noise. An upgrade option to RCI Race Pads is available for those seeking maximum stopping power under extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use.
