Constructed with lightweight, forged one-piece calipers from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit offers unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance. The calipers feature aluminum pistons protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and consistent pad wear thanks to the opposed-piston design. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The two-piece rotor design contributes to lightweight construction and provides fade-free performance for track use, as well as comfortable operation for daily driving. The rotors are offered in cross-drilled (for cooler operation in daily driving) or slotted (for enhanced performance in track use) styles. Both rotor types offer increased bite over stock and continuously clean the pad surface. The center sections are crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reducing rotational mass for quicker response and improved heat dissipation. This kit includes Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal performance for street and occasional track use, significantly reducing brake dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Additionally, the kit features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines that prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Customization options include a choice of caliper colors, with standard options like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish finishes in Silver, Gold, and Titanium, and various glassy/hard anodized colors. Further customization is available with over 20,000 custom color finishes for an additional fee. Center bell upgrades to Titanium or Twin Color Anodized options are also available. The kit is backed by a 12-month limited warranty.
