Show original supplier description
This kit is specifically for the Volvo V90 and features an 8-piston caliper design for superior braking performance. Constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, the one-piece forged calipers offer unparalleled strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. The opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear, and features like high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard. The kit includes lightweight two-piece rotors, measuring 356mm x 32mm, which offer improved fade-free performance and effective grip. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor to expand and contract independently, reducing warping. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, offering optimal braking for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. The kit includes all necessary components, such as replacement calipers, rotors, pads, and D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which provide quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Carbon steel caliper brackets are also included to ensure proper fitment. This product is made to order and is non-refundable.
