The Ksport Procomp Front Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade to your vehicle's stopping power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. This kit features lightweight, forged one-piece calipers constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring unparalleled strength and resistance to corrosion. The lightweight center sections, crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker response. The two-piece design allows for independent expansion and contraction of the rotor sections, reducing warping, while the aluminum center also acts as a heat sink. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, whereas slotted rotors are recommended for track use. The standard kit comes with SC5 Street Pads, known for reducing brake dust and noise while offering optimal performance in street conditions. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track use. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Customization options are extensive, allowing for a personalized setup. Calipers are available in various standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish options (Silver, Gold, Titanium) and glassy/hard anodized colors available for an additional charge. Further personalization can be achieved through center bell upgrades, including Titanium or Twin Color Anodized options.
