35mm Intake Valves

The GSC Power-Division 2022-8 intake valves are a set of eight performance-grade components designed to enhance your engine's capabilities. These valves feature a standard 35mm head diameter and are crafted from high-heat capacity 21-4N stainless steel for exceptional longevity and resistance to distortion under extreme conditions. This reduction in weight allows for higher RPM operation, increased boost pressure tolerance, and the potential for more aggressive camshaft profiles without significantly increasing valve spring seat pressures. The micro-polished valve stems minimize oil retention and drag, ensuring smoother valve motion. Specific to the Mitsubishi 4B11 Evolution X model years 2008-2015, these valves are designed to work with OEM keepers/locks, though GSC recommends replacing used valve locks on performance applications due to material grooving. GSC also customizes valve tip lengths for each application to maintain proper valve train geometry and reduce installation time, minimizing the need for valve tipping and ensuring proper valve lash settings.
