Constructed with 6061 billet aluminum for mounts and most components, these coilovers are lightweight, durable, and resistant to rust. The steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for added protection against the elements. The use of a Monotube design, which separates oil and gas, ensures faster heat dissipation, more consistent damping adjustments, and improved ride quality by minimizing aeration and cavitation issues compared to twin-tube designs. Many applications feature pillowball top mounts, which can offer integrated camber adjustment, eliminating the need for separate camber kits.
