Description

Enjoy near-infinite adjustability with an adjustable lower mount, 36 levels of damping control, and an impressive height adjustability range of 0-200mm, allowing for significant ride height changes. Installation is intended to be straightforward with a bolt-on design, meaning no modifications are needed for your OEM shock absorbers or top mounts. However, some modifications may be necessary for air line routing. The system integrates VIAIR compressors for efficient operation and can typically raise the vehicle from its lowest setting to maximum height in as little as 2 seconds (specific raise times may vary between Pro/Pro Plus and Basic/Deluxe kits). This particular kit, the CVW230-APP, is specifically designed for the 2006-2010 Volkswagen Passat B6 Chassis Sedan 2WD models. It includes all necessary hoses, wiring, and installation manuals for a complete setup. The upper front mount is constructed from steel with hardened rubber, while the rear upper mount utilizes OEM components.
