36-Way Adjustable Coilover System

The Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilover Kits offer a high level of suspension technology for both street and track use. These coilovers feature 36 levels of damping adjustment, allowing for precise tuning of handling and comfort. The damping system adjusts both compression and rebound simultaneously for effective setup changes. Key construction elements include pillowball top mounts, which on some applications enable direct installation to OEM specifications and provide camber adjustment without the need for a separate kit. For enhanced adjustability, an advanced upper pillowball mount is available on select models for independent camber/caster adjustments. The majority of applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, ensuring height adjustability without sacrificing suspension travel. The components are crafted from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and rust-resistant build, while the steel shock bodies are electroplated with zinc for corrosion protection. The internal valving is specifically matched to the spring rate for optimal ride quality and reliability. Ksport employs a Monotube design, separating oil and gas within the cylinder. This design facilitates faster heat dissipation, finer damping adjustments, and greater consistency compared to twin-tube constructions, minimizing aeration and cavitation issues for a more predictable ride.
