3800 Modular Pulley System

The ZZP 3800 Modular Pulley System is designed to offer flexibility for performance tuning by allowing users to quickly swap pulleys based on driving conditions. The system includes a steel hub, which is pressed onto the supercharger using the stock pulley tool. This hub facilitates easy pulley changes with an Allen wrench, making it ideal for switching between a street-oriented pulley and a smaller one for track use or when running higher octane fuel. The system comes complete with the hub, your chosen pulley, five stainless socket cap button screws, and a barbed retainer to replace the breather bolt. Our pulleys feature 8 ribs, but a 6-rib belt will still function correctly. The bolt torque specification for installation is 72 inch-pounds. This modular pulley system is recommended for those planning future modifications to their vehicles. ZZPerformance offers various pulley sizes to match different modification levels, from street use to track-focused setups. For example, a 3.5" pulley is recommended for 2001-2003 GTP/GS models with a ZZP PCM, thermostat, colder plugs, bolt-in downpipe, and cold air intake. For 2004+ Grand Prix models, a 3.5" pulley is recommended with 1.9 rockers, a thermostat, colder plugs, exhaust work, and a cold air intake. Smaller pulleys, such as the 3.3" and below, require more significant modifications like cams, headers, or upgraded intercoolers. This system fits the following vehicles: Pontiac Grand Prix GTP or 06+ GT, Buick Regal GS, Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, 04+ Impala SS, and 04+ Monte Carlo SS.
