3800 Modular Pulley System

The ZZP 3800 Modular Pulley System is designed to enhance the performance and adaptability of your vehicle's supercharger. The system includes a durable steel hub, which presses onto the supercharger shaft using the same tool used for factory pulley removal. This hub enables rapid pulley swaps using an Allen wrench, allowing you to tailor pulley size to driving conditions, such as using a larger pulley for street driving and a smaller one for track use or high-octane fuel. The modular design is ideal for enthusiasts planning future modifications. The pulleys are manufactured with 8 ribs, but are compatible with 6 rib belts without issue. Installation involves pressing the hub onto the supercharger shaft; avoid using a jaw-style puller, as it can damage the pulley and supercharger. The bolt torque specification for installation is 72 inch-pounds.
