383 Cubic Inch Long Block Crate Engine

The BluePrint Engines BP38318CT1 is a 383 cubic inch (6.3L) long block crate engine designed for GM small block applications. It delivers an impressive 436 horsepower and 443 ft-lbs of torque, built with a 10.0:1 compression ratio. This engine features a new BluePrint high-strength cast iron block with a 4-bolt main design and a 1-piece rear main seal. The rotating assembly includes a steel crankshaft with a 3.75-inch stroke and 5.7-inch connecting rods, paired with hypereutectic pistons. It is externally balanced both front and rear. Equipped with BluePrint Engines aluminum cylinder heads (H8002K) featuring 64cc chambers, 2.02-inch intake valves, and 1.60-inch exhaust valves, this engine also sports a hydraulic roller camshaft with .544 intake lift and .555 exhaust lift, and 230/236 duration at .050 with a 110 LSA. It includes a timing cover, dipstick, oil pan, and valve covers. Note that this engine is not for EGR applications.
