38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MV-S 38mm V-Band External Wastegate is engineered for performance and compact installations, standing only 3.7 inches tall. Its V-band inlet and outlet flanges facilitate straightforward fabrication and mounting, while the five air ports (three lower, two upper) simplify connections to pressure sources and boost controllers. Constructed for longevity, the wastegate utilizes a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy for the valve and a 347SS valve housing. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone reinforced with Nomex, and the actuator spring is 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, ensuring consistent pressure even at high temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are crafted from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. Mating weld flanges are 304L stainless steel. Included with the MV-S wastegate are all necessary springs for pressure tuning from 0.3 bar to 1.7 bar, along with V-band clamps and flanges. It also features integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that can cycle coolant through the actuator top to help manage temperatures in extreme conditions, though these can be removed if not needed. Plugs are provided for any unused air ports. This wastegate is not application-specific, and users should verify compatibility and potential modification requirements before installation.
