It features a cast iron block with 4-bolt powder metal caps, forged steel crank, powdered metal connecting rods, and hypereutectic aluminum pistons. The engine also includes nodular iron camshaft, 319 aluminum HEMIspherical combustion chamber cylinder heads, and requires premium fuel.

The Mopar 68303090AC is a 392 Crate HEMI engine assembly engineered to elevate your vehicle's performance. This complete engine package boasts an impressive 485 horsepower and 475 lb.-ft. of torque, making it a significant upgrade. It features a robust cast iron block with 4-bolt powder metal caps, a forged steel crankshaft, powdered metal connecting rods with floating pins, and hypereutectic aluminum pistons for durability. The engine is equipped with a nodular iron camshaft and 319 aluminum cylinder heads featuring HEMIspherical combustion chambers, measuring 54.3 mm for intake valves and 42 mm for exhaust valves, with a 10.9:1 compression ratio. Premium fuel is recommended for optimal performance. This crate engine comes complete with a water pump, flywheel and clutch, front sump oil pan, intake manifold with throttle body, fuel injectors, and coil packs. However, it is essential to purchase this crate engine with the engine controller kit (P/N: 77072451AG or 77072454AI). Additional required components include the Front Accessory Drive Kit (Part Number 77072445). Fitment information indicates compatibility with the 2016 Dodge Challenger, though guaranteed fitment for other vehicles requires VIN entry at checkout. This engine replaces part numbers 68303090aa, 68303090ab.
