39mm High-Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump

The AEM 50-1200 is a high-flow, in-tank fuel pump engineered to meet the demands of high-performance vehicles. Its robust internal construction is specifically designed to withstand the low lubricity of ethanol and methanol fuels, and it has been tested to be compatible with ethanol fuels up to E100, methanol fuels up to M100, and all types of gasoline. This pump is suitable for in-tank mounting on both naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI applications. Featuring a compact 39mm diameter, the AEM 50-1200 is designed to fit most applications, while its offset inlet design facilitates easier installation. The pump is individually tested to flow 340 liters per hour (90 GPH) at 40 PSI. The black steel pump body is durable and features laser etching. The kit includes the fuel pump, rubber sleeve and end caps, a pre-filter, and a flying lead harness. Installation considerations include that AEM fuel pumps come with a universal pre-filter that may not fit all vehicle applications, and users should refer to OEM recommendations for filter replacement. The factory fuel pump wiring on some vehicles may not be adequate for the current draw of this high-flow pump, so proper wiring is essential, referencing the Electrical Requirements section in the instructions. Polarity of the electrical plug in the tank must be correct, with options to re-pin or use the supplied plug.
