The Install Bay 3M06396 is a bulk pack of 25 individually sealed 3M Automotive Adhesion Promoter sponge applicator packets. This fast-drying liquid primer is formulated to enhance the bond strength of 3M Acrylic Foam Tape and 3M Acrylic Plus Tape on low-surface-energy (LSE) plastics common in automotive applications. Each packet contains 2.5 cc (0.14 oz.) of promoter, sufficient for up to 150 sq. in.
