Description

The 3M Products 81734 is a 5-inch disc pad face plate designed for backing fiber discs during grinding applications. It features a medium density and a ribbed surface for increased force and improved abrasive mineral fracturing.

This face plate is intended for use with a 3M™ Disc Pad Hub, which attaches to power tools. A retainer nut is also required to hold the disc in place. The design allows for easy changing of discs without removing the hub, facilitating transitions between heavy grinding and finishing tasks.
