The 3M Finesse-it Knit Buffing Pad 85079 is a 5-1/4 inch buffing pad designed for applying 3M Finesse-it finishing products. It features wool fibers knit into a polyester fabric backing, providing a soft and smooth surface for buffing automotive, marine, and aerospace coatings.

This wool pad is effective for removing finishing abrasive sand scratches, oxidation, and other paint surface defects. The longer nap of this pad allows for good conformability over irregular surfaces. It utilizes the 3M Hookit attachment system for secure mounting and quick changes.
