The 3M Hookit Purple finishing film abrasive disc 260L is a P1200 grit disc designed for leveling surface defects on automotive paint, gel coat, and clear coat. It features an updated coating that reduces pigtails and helps achieve a consistent, easy-to-polish finish. The disc is made with aluminum oxide abrasive for fast cutting and long life, and it utilizes a durable polyester film backing for added conformability.

The 3M Hookit attachment system allows for quick and easy disc changes. This disc is ideal for removing defects like orange peel, dust nibs, or paint runs, and for scuffing blend areas prior to painting.
