The 3M 28660 is a regular molded sheet pad designed for finishing, polishing, and surface preparation applications. It features a medium-density foam construction with a PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) attachment for easy mounting to tools or pads.

This sheet pad supports abrasive sheets, allowing for optimal performance, and distributes pressure evenly across the work surface. It also allows the abrasive to flex, conforming to workpiece contours, and facilitates swift swapping of abrasive sheets with the 3M™ Stikit™ mounting system.
