The 3M Company 37243 is a standard replacement outside protection plate designed for use with 100 Series Welding Helmets. It protects the filter from spark and spatter, and failure to use an outside protection plate can void the warranty if contamination occurs. This is a standard, replacement part sold 10 per case.
