Description

The 3M Scotch-Seal 540 is a polyurethane adhesive sealant designed to form permanently elastic bonds. It adheres to a wide variety of materials including plastics, fiberglass, SMC, aluminum, steel, coated metals, and wood. This sealant offers high flexibility, making it suitable for bonding materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion. Its properties include a tack-free time of 90 minutes, a tensile strength of 300 psi, and an elongation of 800%.
