The 3M Scotch-Weld DP620NS is a two-part structural urethane adhesive designed for applications requiring flexibility. It bonds effectively to a variety of substrates including composites, metals, wood, plastics, rubber, ceramics, and glass, though primer may be needed for durability on the latter. This fast-curing adhesive establishes tough bonds, offers low-temperature flexibility, and dispenses as a non-sag paste for precise application.

With a 1:1 mix ratio, this adhesive has a 20-minute work life, reaches handling strength in 4 hours, and achieves a full cure in 48 hours. Its applications include bonding dissimilar substrates like concrete, ceramic, wood, plastic, rubber, and metal, as well as use in transportation applications for bonding door frames, wood paneling, sealing hoses, and encapsulating for tamper-proofing.
