The 3M™ 38987 Specialty Adhesive Remover is a solvent-based specialty adhesive remover designed to remove reactive adhesives like epoxies and urethanes from various substrates. It quickly removes waxes, greases, oil, and tars. This product is safe for use on painted surfaces, vinyl, and fabric when properly used, and will not harm most thoroughly cured automotive paint, vinyls, or fabrics. It is available in a 15 oz aerosol can and also in quarts.
