The 3M Speedglas Welding Helmet, G5-03 Pro Air, is designed for the versatile welder. It features customizable airflow, an assortment of head covers, neck protectors, and shrouds, and an optional task light for better visibility. The G5-03 Pro Air auto-darkening filters (ADFs) incorporate Natural Color Technology. The G5VC ADF allows the welder to select between warm, cool, or natural color tones for viewing the weld in a dark state. The G5TW ADF includes a tack welding mode with an intermediate shade 5 light state to minimize eye strain during tack welding applications. If an arc is not struck within 2 seconds, the filter returns to a normal light state of shade 2.5. The system integrates with the 3M Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator, offering high-efficiency particulate respiratory protection in a robust and compact design with ergonomic, adjustable head suspension. The 3M Adflo Powered Air Respirator has a High-Efficiency particulate filter that can be stacked onto an optional 3M Adflo Filter (not included) for protection against certain vapors or a Nuisance Odour Pad Assembly. It includes audible and visual alarms for low airflow and low battery. Available in two Auto-Darkening Lens options (VC/TW), and a G5 Series storage/carry bag is included.
