Description

3M Tape Primer 94 is a light yellow, solvent-based adhesion promoter designed to improve tape and film bonding to plastics, rubber, painted and bare metals; supplied in a 1 gallon can. It promotes adhesion of tapes and vinyl graphics to difficult substrates, dries in about 5 minutes at room temperature, and can be applied by brush, swab or flow gun. It cleans up with isopropyl alcohol.
