Description

The 3M Scotch-Weld Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810 is a toughened, two-part acrylic adhesive designed for room-temperature curing. It is specially formulated to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces, offering a safer work environment due to its lower odor and non-flammable properties compared to typical acrylic adhesives.

This adhesive provides high shear and peel strength with good impact resistance. It has a 10-minute work life and reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes, with a full cure between 8 to 24 hours. The DP810 is approved under UL 746C for use in electrical equipment and is suitable for applications like sporting goods, appliance manufacturing, and electronic casing assembly.
