The Stromberg Carlson Products, Inc. 4000-V9704 is a set of pivot post inserts for the 4000 Series tailgate. The 4000-V9704 set includes three pieces: a black rubber piece and a light grey PVC piece for the driver's side, and a dark grey piece for the passenger's side. They are intended for use with VG-97-4000 and VG-04-4000 gates.
