4.0" Downpipe-Back DPF Delete Exhaust System

The Spelab Black 4.0-inch Downpipe-Back DPF Delete Exhaust is engineered to significantly boost the performance of 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. By eliminating the restrictive factory DPF and catalytic converter, this system allows for maximized engine efficiency, leading to noticeable gains in horsepower and torque. Drivers will also experience improved throttle sensitivity and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust sound. Constructed from premium 409 stainless steel, the exhaust system is further protected by a high-temperature black powder coating, which provides enhanced corrosion resistance against road salt, moisture, and off-road contaminants. Additionally, black titanium heat wrap is applied to the head pipe to mitigate underbody heat radiation, protecting crucial components like hoses, wiring, and fuel lines. This construction ensures durability and longevity in demanding conditions. Clamps, hangers, and necessary hardware are included, although some factory hardware may need to be reused. Minor cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase configurations. Important Note: The removal of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Catalytic Converter (CAT), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), and/or Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is for off-road use only and may be illegal for on-road vehicles in many regions. A DPF-delete capable tuner is required to prevent check engine lights and diagnostic trouble codes after installation, as emission-related sensors are removed. Fitment is specific to 2019–2025 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Diesel models, including Crew Cab short/long bed and Mega Cab configurations. It excludes cab and chassis models.
