4.0" Downpipe-Back Exhaust System

The Spelab Black 4.0" Downpipe-Back Exhaust is a DPF delete system engineered for 2011-2024 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engine. Constructed from premium 409 stainless steel, this exhaust system features a high-temperature black powder coating for superior resistance against heat and corrosion, protecting against road salt, moisture, and debris. Additionally, a black titanium heat wrap is applied to the head pipe to significantly reduce underbody heat radiation, safeguarding vital hoses, wiring, and engine components. This design ensures extended service life and maintains stable performance. This system is ideal for high-temperature environments, heavy towing, performance-tuned vehicles, and dedicated off-road use. Installation is estimated to take about 1 hour with basic hand tools, and clamps, hangers, and hardware are included, though some factory hardware may need to be reused. Cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase configurations. A tuner is required for DPF delete exhaust installation, as removing the DPF involves eliminating emission-related sensors. A DPF delete capable tuner is necessary to prevent check engine lights or diagnostic trouble codes. This exhaust system is intended for off-road and competition/racing use only, as DPF removal is often illegal for on-road vehicles in most regions. It does not fit Cab & Chassis models.
