Callies has optimized material distribution and strategically placed 8 Mass Correct counterweights to significantly reduce imbalance forces throughout the entire length of the shaft. This design approach results in superior bearing life and minimizes wear, crucial for high-output engines. Key specifications include a 4.000-inch stroke, internal balance, 2.559-inch main journals, and 2.100-inch rod journals. The crankshaft also features generously radiused lightening holes on all rod journals. When ordering, customers must specify either a 24 or 58 tooth reluctor ring to match their engine's requirements.
