Constructed from Eagle Specialty Products' signature non-twist forged 4340 steel, this crankshaft is built for durability and performance. It undergoes a rigorous multi-stage heat-treatment process, followed by stress-relieving and shot-peening. The design incorporates cross-drilled and chamfered oil holes for superior lubrication and .125-inch radius fillets on the rod and main journals to increase strength. Furthermore, the journals are precision-ground and micro-polished to a fine finish of less than 5 R.A.
