4.0L 1GR-FE V6 Shorty Performance Headers

The Pacemaker PH12670 is a shorty-style performance header set engineered for the 4.0L 1GR-FE single VVT-i engine found in Toyota Prado 120 Series (2003-2011) and Toyota Hilux (2005+) models. Featuring a tuned design with 1.58-inch primary pipes and a 2.00-inch outlet, these headers are designed to improve exhaust flow while maintaining the stock position of the catalytic converters. Installation requires welding, as the included flanges must be attached in front of the pre-cats. Please note that these headers are not compatible with 150 Series Prado models. While the design is compatible with power steering and air conditioning units, professional installation or careful handling—such as wrapping the headers in cling wrap during the process to prevent damage—is recommended. This kit is intended for vehicles with 1GR-FE single VVT-i engines and works with both manual and automatic transmissions. Original gaskets should be reused during the installation process.
