4.0L Shorty Performance Header

The JBA 1526S is a shorty performance header engineered to be a significant upgrade over stock manifolds for 1991-1999 Jeep Wrangler and Cherokee models equipped with the 4.0L engine. Constructed from durable, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, this header is built to withstand the rigors of racing, towing, and daily driving. The header boasts 1.625-inch primary tubes, a 2.25-inch collector port diameter, and 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports for optimal flow. The header has an uncoated, matte grey finish. It is CARB EO Number: D-57-46, making it 50-state legal when installed according to manufacturer instructions. The header application is based on original engine and cylinder head port centerlines; raised port cylinder heads may cause installation issues.
