The ModdBox 04-11 Ranger/B4000 Supercharger Installation Kit is designed to enhance the performance of compatible vehicles. This kit is engineered for 100% compatibility with the 4.0L SOHC engine. It includes various CNC-machined components and a ModdBox 255lph fuel pump. Please note that this kit does not include the supercharger itself; an Eaton M90 Supercharger must be acquired separately from specific Ford or Mercury models.

The ModdBox 04-11 Ranger/B4000 Supercharger Installation Kit is a comprehensive package designed to upgrade the performance of your 4.0L SOHC engine. Engineered for seamless integration, this kit is a direct fit for the 2004-2011 Ford Ranger and the 2004-2010 Mazda B4000. All ModdBox components are precision CNC-machined from SS304 or 6061-T6 aluminum, finished with a durable black anodization. The pulleys feature ASST surface treatment to prevent the common hiss noise associated with aftermarket aluminum pulleys. This kit includes essential components such as an M90 Inlet Adapter Pipe, Plenum Top and Bottom Plates, a T-Cable and Cruise Mount, a 3.5psi Boost Quick Change Pulley, a bypass valve, EGR relocation pipe or block plate, air filter assembly, serpentine belt, gasket, and a 255lph fuel pump. Performance gains vary depending on the boost level and whether a tune is required. With a 3.0 psi boost pulley (included), you can expect approximately 209 hp and 230 lb-ft of torque with no tune required. Higher boost levels, such as 5.5 psi and above, require separate purchase of the supercharger, an injector upgrade, and a tune for optimal performance, potentially reaching up to 254 hp and 286 lb-ft. Crucially, this kit requires the user to source an Eaton M90 Supercharger. Compatible sources include specific 1989-1995 Mercury Cougar and Ford Thunderbird models equipped with the 3.8L V6 engine. The kit also includes a detailed online installation manual.
