4.0L Steel Headers

The Doug Thorley THY-470-L-C is a performance header system constructed from durable steel with a silver ceramic coating for enhanced heat resistance and appearance. Designed for 2005-2016 Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, Xterra, Equator, and Navara vehicles equipped with the 4.0L engine, this header set is compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations. Featuring 1 1/2 inch primary tubes and a 2.50 inch collector diameter, these headers are engineered to improve exhaust flow, potentially leading to increased horsepower and torque. The primary tubes are constructed from 14-gauge steel for durability, and the flange thickness is 0.38 inches. This kit includes the necessary bolts and studs for installation. It is crucial to note that these headers are designated for off-road or race use exclusively and are not street legal. Installation will necessitate the removal of the front catalytic converter, and a custom computer tune is required for proper operation. The product is sold as a pair and does not include gaskets, crossover pipes, or catalytic converters. Additionally, these headers cannot be shipped to California.
