4.0T EA825 Intake System

The APR 4.0T EA825 Intake System is engineered for the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7, providing a substantial performance upgrade. Every component has been analyzed and modified for maximum flow, including the airbox, filter, couplers, and turbo inlets. The APR filter unit features a low-restriction cotton gauze media, flowing 8% more than stock while maintaining air quality. Further enhancements include 52% larger airbox outlets and 93% larger turbo inlets, which are compatible with turbos featuring up to a 29% larger inlet port thanks to included adapter rings. This results in an overall 50% reduction in pressure drop compared to OEM, allowing turbos to spool faster and operate more efficiently. Key features of this intake system include +47 AWHP and +38 AWFT-LBS at the wheels measured over stock (Stage 1 93), a carbon fiber airbox with larger outlets, and smooth, high-flow turbocharger inlet pipe couplers. The system is also emissions-friendly and legal for on-street use in all states that accept EPA provisions, but it is NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Testing with CARB for 50-state compliance is pending. This intake system is specifically designed for the 2021 Audi RS6 Avant (Automatic AWD Wagon 4.0L V8 DJPB Mild hybrid ev-gas).
