The BDS Suspension BDS084404 is a drop pitman arm engineered to enhance the steering and handling of lifted 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models. After lifting a vehicle, it's crucial to correct the steering geometry to maintain proper alignment and prevent issues like bump steer. This pitman arm provides a 4-1/2 inch drop, ensuring a parallel relationship between the pan rod bar and drag link for improved steering control.
