The Racing Beat RB-56005 is a 4:1 exhaust header designed for the 1990-1993 Miata with a manual transmission. Manufactured from 304-stainless steel, it features a cast stainless steel engine-to-header flange with specially designed exhaust ports. This header utilizes large diameter 1.5" OD primary tubing that collects into 2.0" OD secondary tubing.

The Racing Beat RB-56005 is a 4:1 performance exhaust header meticulously engineered for the 1990-1993 Mazda Miata equipped with the 1.6 liter engine. Manufactured entirely from durable 304-stainless steel, this header is built to offer years of enthusiastic performance driving. Racing Beat's exclusive cast stainless steel engine-to-header flange incorporates specially designed exhaust ports for a smooth transition to the primary tubing. For optimal performance on the 1.6L Miata engine, the header utilizes large diameter 1.5" OD tubing for the primary tubes, which then collect into 2.0" OD secondary tubing. This design is focused on improving exhaust gas scavenging and optimizing power output. Development for this header involved hundreds of hours and over 200 on-chassis dyno runs to determine the optimal tubing diameters and lengths, as well as to experiment with flange porting and collector designs. This extensive testing allowed Racing Beat to fine-tune the header for measurable horsepower and torque improvements across the entire RPM range. The kit comes complete with installation instructions and a replacement rear gasket, with an exhaust manifold gasket available separately if needed.
