4:1 FMU with -4 Fittings

This Fuel Management Unit (FMU) helps maintain a proper fuel to air ratio, critical for supercharged engines. The factory ECU often cannot provide additional fuel flow to compensate for the boost from a supercharger, leading to a lean condition. The Vortech FMU works alongside the factory ECU and Vortech supercharger, proportionally ramping up fuel flow along the boost curve to ensure a safe and efficient air/fuel ratio. This 4:1 ratio is ideal for oversized fuel injectors in aftermarket applications requiring significantly greater fuel output. It features high flow capabilities, suitable for multi-port fuel injection systems, and includes five different fuel pressure curve adjustments (bleed screw, boost screw, vacuum screw, central adjustment screw, and calibration ring/disc). It also features precalibrated gain ratios for manipulating static pressure. Constructed from pure 6061 T-6 billet aluminum with a blue anodized finish for corrosion resistance. Installs inline of the stock fuel injection unit on the return line using -4 AN fittings.
