The DC Sports HHC5023 is a 4-1 one-piece ceramic header engineered to enhance performance, particularly in top-end power delivery for racing applications. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel tubing, it is finished with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating applied by hand for an even, high-luster finish. This header system features a CAD-rendered, race-inspired 4-into-1 design. The construction incorporates CNC mandrel bends and robotic welding for a perfect fit, complemented by CNC-machined and threaded flanges with O-ring seals to eliminate exhaust leaks. Its equal-length primary piping is crucial for optimizing engine tuning and maximizing power output across the entire RPM range. The unique merge collector design not only ensures smooth exhaust gas flow but also provides increased ground clearance. Specific product details include a 1.750-inch collector diameter, a 3/8-inch flange thickness, and 1 3/4-inch primary tube diameter. Reducers are included, and the header is sold individually. The header is tuned and has been dyno-tested to maximize performance. It is also noted as being C.A.R.B. exempt or pending exemption, making it legal for use in all 50 states.
