4.10 Posi Limited Slip Differential

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-169C-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly built to high standards of precision and reliability for AAM 11.5" differentials. It includes a 4.10 gear ratio and a Posi limited-slip differential (LSD), specifically designed for 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with Single Rear Wheels (SRW) and 2WD. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. New bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are installed. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. The housings are cleaned using hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary deep cleaning process. This axle assembly is specifically designed for 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 SRW 2WD vehicles. Note that fitment may vary for other model years or configurations, and some sources indicate it may not fit certain selected vehicles.
