The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2263B-P is a remanufactured axle assembly built to precise specifications. All tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM standards, and housings undergo rigorous testing for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including the ring and pinion, gears, and clutches, are 100% inspected. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced with new parts. This axle assembly features a 4.10 ratio with an AAM 11.5 Inch ring gear. It is configured for dual rear wheels and includes the G80 Posi Traction limited-slip differential. It is specifically designed for models without the Cab Chassis Option ZW9 and equipped with the JH7 brake option, identified by the GT5 ratio option. The housing is cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore it to an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
